  Trans Atlantic Systems, Inc., the leading provider of transaction processing solutions and enabling technologies, today announced that Calvin Johnson has joined Trans Atlantic Systems" management team as Senior Vice President of the Transaction Processing Division.

Mr. Johnson is the former President of Bank South Services Corporation and the developer of the world"s first internet bank, now S1. He has over thirty years of diversified financial services experience and has held a number of executive positions in the transaction processing world. A fourth generation alum of Georgia Tech, he also holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago.

"He will play an instrumental role in helping us achieve our goals of being a leading provider of intelligent, next-generation transaction processing solutions and applications."


Prior to joining Trans Atlantic Systems, Inc, Mr. Johnson was with Electronic Commerce Strategies, a consulting firm, where he advised numerous important financial and transaction processing companies on business strategy.
